Image Toolbox is an image and PDF utility app. It provides tools such as image compression, image cropping, format conversion, text recognition, portrait cutout, document scanning, PDF to image conversion, image to PDF conversion, saving, sharing, and history.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.
The app does not require you to create an account.
2. Local File Processing
When you select images or PDF files, the app uses those files only to perform the tool action you request, such as compressing, cropping, converting, scanning, recognizing text, or exporting a result.
Your selected files are processed on your device. We do not upload your selected images, PDF files, or generated output files to our servers.
If you choose to share a result, the file is passed to the app or service that you select through the Android sharing system.
3. Information We May Collect
The app may collect or process the following types of information through third-party services:
- App usage events, such as tool starts, task completion, save actions, share actions, and screen views.
- Crash logs, diagnostics, device information, and app version information used to fix bugs and improve stability.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data used to provide and measure ads.
- App configuration data used to control features such as ads, prompts, and app behavior.
We do not use this information to identify the content of your selected images or PDF files.

- Firebase Remote Config for app configuration.

5. Permissions
The app may request permissions depending on your Android version and the feature you use:
- Photos, media, or file access: to select images or PDF files and save output files.
- Camera access: to scan documents when you use scanning features.
- Internet access: to load ads, analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
6. Advertising
Image Toolbox is supported by ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google policies. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and related data to provide, limit, and measure ads.
7. Data Retention
Task cache and generated files may be stored locally on your device so that you can save, share, reopen, or manage results. You can clear app cache through app settings or Android system settings.
Analytics, advertising, and crash diagnostic data are retained by the relevant third-party services according to their policies.
8. Children
Image Toolbox is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
